JK Lloyd — producer, live performer & sound designer
JK Lloyd is one of the aliases of Giancarlo Loi — Italian producer, musician and sound engineer from Cagliari, Sardinia. Active since the late ’80s, he developed a signature blend of cinematic atmosphere, melodic tension and progressive drive, often associated with the European “Dream” era of the ’90s.
From early studio works to label-driven releases, he founded Onirika and later expanded into Onirikalab, curating a long-running catalog across trance, progressive and electronic hybrids. His approach combines arrangement craft, precision engineering and real-time performance.
